Olsera collects e-mail addresses of people who send us e-mail. We also collect information on what pages accessed by users and information provided to us via service registration and surveys. Such information may contain personal data about you including your address, phone number, credit card number etc. Olsera protect credit card information in accordance with the safety standards. Olsera, in accordance to the standards & law, is not permitted to disclose your personal information without written permission from you. However, certain information collected about you is used in the context of providing our services to you. The information we collected is not shared with, sold or rented to any of third party, except certain circumstances requires us to and the use of the Service is deemed to allow us to disclose the following:

During registration into Olsera services, you are asked to provide name, company name and email address and therein you expressed a willingness to provide such information when you join our service.
Olsera uses the information collected for following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
Buying and selling on Olsera services, customers may provide you their personal information such as email and/or shipping address. You agree that, in respect to other users’ Personal Information that you obtained through Olsera or through Olsera related communication or any transaction facilitated by Olsera, you are granted a license by Olsera to only use such information for commercial communication and it is solely your responsibility without involving Olsera. Olsera does not tolerate spam. Therefore, you are not allowed to add the name of your customer, buyer, client, to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their expressed consent.
